FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

  • If you need to cancel and we are able to rent your room, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
  • If you cancel within 2 weeks prior to your reservation, the deposit is non-refundable. No exceptions.
  • Some group rates, holiday or event weekends may require 100% payment at the time of booking, in those instances deposits are non-refundable.

WHAT IS THE RESERVATION POLICY?

  • Must be age 25 or older to rent a guest room.
  • “Children”, denotes Children under16 years old.
  • Misrepresentation of age may result in full forfeiture of deposit upon check-in.
  • A deposit of two nights stay (USD) is due upon acceptance of reservation.
  • Your reservation will be held for one week while we await receipt of your deposit.
  • Rates are based on the number of persons occupying the room.
  • Please note that there is an additional charge for day/night visitors.
  • Checks are only accepted three or more weeks in advance of your stay.
  • Balance is to be paid upon arrival. Cash, credit cards and debit cards are accepted. Sorry no checks.
  • All rates have been discounted. If you choose to pay by credit/debit card, please add 5%.
  • For security reasons, a valid credit card and ID must be presented upon arrival.
  • All reservations are final and subject to causes beyond our control.
  • Misrepresentation voids reservation, resulting in forfeiture of money.

WHAT IS THE HOTEL CLIENT POLICY?

  • Must be age 25 or older to rent a guest room.
  • Misrepresentation of age may result in full forfeiture of deposit upon check-in.
  • To speed up check-in time, please have your license plate number available.
  • One off street parking spot per unit. Unauthorized cars will be towed.
  • No refusal of daily maid service for 2 consecutive days.
  • Cooking, cleaning, or storing any type of seafood in our units is prohibited.
  • No beach paraphernalia, bicycles, fishing gear or coolers are allowed inside units. Please leave outside your room on in your car.
  • Please park your bicycles at the bicycle rack located at the west end of the building, not in your room.
  • Hanging towels or clothing on outside railings is not permitted.

WHAT IS THE PARKING POLICY?

  • We offer our guests one off street parking spot per unit. Unauthorized cars will be towed

WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?

  • Check-in time is 3:00pm; check-out time is 10:00am.

WHAT IS THE POLICY FOR ADDITIONAL ROOM GUESTS?

  • We must be notified in advance of 24 hours if there is a change in the number of persons in your party.
  • Rates are based on the number of persons occupying the room.
  • Please note that there is an additional charge for day/night visitors.

WHAT IS THE SMOKING POLICY?

  • Our Hotel is a smoke-free establishment.
  • No Smoking in Rooms, Public Interior of Hotel, Restaurant, or on balconies – Under the New Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act, any person found smoking will be subject to a minimum fine of $250.00.
  • Guests who wish to smoke must use the designated area on the west end of the building, or along the west stairwell on each floor.
  • No Smoking in Pool, Sundeck or Exterior Dining Areas – Guests who wish to smoke must use the designated areas along Kennedy Beach Drive, or the west end of the building, or along the west stairwell on each floor.

WHAT IS THE PET POLICY?

  • We are sorry, but we do not accept pets.
